The Sr Sales Director m/f/d will serve as the face of the business in assigned territory and build relationships with potential customers or partners to approach customers

Business development and Sales will drive most of the Sr Sales Director m/f/d activities. As part of the company’s global team, Sr Sales Director m/f/d will bring focus to new business activities in Europe, supporting the company growth plan with prospects including Volkswagen (AUDI, Porsche, SEAT, Skoda, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini etc) , Mercedez-Benz, Smart, Mini, BMW, Stellantis ( (Opel, FIAT Chrysler Automobiles FCA + PSA Peugeot) and others in Europe (Citroen, Peugeot, Renault, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Feraris, Lancia, Maserati, Pagani, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Rolls Royce, Land Rover).

Potential Partners of Dirac can be Burmeister Audio, Harman Kardon, Dolby, Faurecia, Sound United (Marantz, Bowers &Wilkins, Denon) just to name a few

Most important in this role will be to understand the ecosystem of potential Dirac clients and partners to communicate and work with in order to drive growth of Dirac in Europe.

A successful Sr Sales Director m/f/d must be results-oriented and able to motivate a team of technical team-members to support the business. Our ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and has a keen ability to develop and strengthen relationships and partnerships with hardware developers, manufacturers, and integration partners. We seek a candidate who will thrive in a fast-paced global organization.

The Sr Sales Director interacts with the Head of Business Development Automotive (located in Gothenburg, Sweden), Technical Sales Leads (Sweden, possibly also in Germany in the future) and Head of Customer Solutions (Uppsala Sweden), to get support in positioning and demo proposed solution and to scope customer delivery project.

Activities include:

  • Acquisition and expansion of automotive OEM to achieve the company's growth targets.
  • Sales for a software solution
  • Pipeline Management, Forecasting and Account Planning according to the Best Practices Principle
  • Taking responsibility in sales activities with customers and partners.
  • Ensuring that individual targets are met or exceeded
  • Execution of effective strategic and tactical account planning as well as effective implementation of sales methodologies
  • Implementation of sales strategies
  • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of referenceable key accounts in the region

Erfahrungen

  • Formulate a business development/sales strategy for customers and a tactical plan to facilitate effective implementation
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Experience with fast growth and rapidly changing organizations
  • Experience working in a structured approach using CRM systems
  • Fluent in English and local language

Standort

The position is located preferable in Germany Home Office based, alternatively in other EU country; preferred close to international airports. The position reports to the Chief Sales Officer and with dotted line to the Head of Business Development Automotive
