We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer who will design, implement and operate ML solutions on the Databricks Big Data platform, support teams across the organization, and bring a strong software engineering background as well as excellent English skills.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and deploy ML-based services on our Databricks platform
- Primarily work with technologies such as Python, SQL and Linux
- Support teams from various business units in successfully building and implementing scalable Big Data and Data Science solutions
- Optimize processes and standard procedures on the platform – with the goal of increasing quality and reducing costs
- Write performant, well-structured code – including unit tests and debugging to ensure high software quality
- Work closely with experts from other IT and business functions, e.g. in the areas of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), master data, data engineering and continuous integration/continuous delivery
- Incorporate new trends and technologies into your project work in order to continuously enhance our solutions
You should have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken, and be able to communicate in German at around A2 level.
