Executive search is similar to the direct search method described above. It is an instrument we use to search for executives and top positions.
After determining the job profile for exceptional vacancies, we create a list of target companies, analyze the companies where the candidates are suspected, and approach these candidates directly.
In this way, we establish contact with top candidates that usually do not respond to job advertisements and are rarely present in social media networks. Our goal is to arouse their interest in the vacant position and to pique their curiosity about optional career changes.
