Hans-Viktor Schmitz-von Szymonski started working in the IT industry immediately after earning his degree in European Business Studies. He held executive positions in sales and marketing and was responsible for the international expansion of leading software and hardware manufacturers.

He has extensive experience in business development in the field of B2C and B2B.

In his positions at IT media companies and IT security specialists, he accompanied transformation processes as well as the integration of organizations and teams after M&A projects (mergers and acquisitions).

Thanks to his many years of experience in the IT industry, Hans-Viktor Schmitz-von Szymonski has become very aware of how crucial the successful filling of positions is for sustained business success.
